  2. Notification you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays.

  3. For urgent or complex projects, provide regular, free progress reports by email/SMS/phone etc at any interval of your choosing.

  4. Backup of work at each stage so changes can be rolled back.

  5. Original source material kept safely if needed again for re-editing.

Rate Card

There is no 'set' price list and prices are flexible depending on what you want. But here's a rough guide:

  1. Generally prices are £20-30 per hour, plus materials
(generally less for longer periods of work where we will always try to offer discounts)

  2. I may also charge for the cost of outgoing phone/broadcast calls, and will
charge for media/consumables (eg CDs/DVDs/minidiscs) plus postage etc.

  3. Pleased (and prefer) to provide an estimate or quote in advance.

  4. For smaller jobs I will not invoice you until after the work is complete.

  5. Usually (unless, for example, advance preparation is needed) there is no deposit required.

  6. Usually (unless I have had to cancel/postpone other business to accommodate your work) there is no cancellation fee.

  7. No VAT to pay (turnover is within the HMRC limit so not legally required to charge it)

  8. Payment can be by cheque, BACS or Paypal (available to anyone with email address and credit card)
